      Hello, everyone!It is a great honor to have the opportunity to share some of my feelings with you. The title of my report today is "The most beautiful Youth in Struggle".。
      On February 15, the leaders of the group made an important speech at the first member conference of the group。In his speech, he fully affirmed the work achievements of the Youth League Committee of the Group in recent years, and put forward three hopes for all the youth members of the group around how to combine personal honor and humiliation with the future development of the enterprise。The speech of the group leader made everyone very encouraged, especially as I have just entered the job for half a year, I deeply realized that only without reservation of struggle and pay, can live up to the group's training and love for our young employees。Here I will talk about my experience from three aspects。
      First, to struggle, we must have a dream。Dream is the premise and motivation of struggle。The group leader told us in his speech: "We must transform our own subjective world, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and have ideals and speak politics.。Looking back on the history of the development of the group, whether it is in the period of overcoming difficulties with 2.7 billion yuan of historical debt, or in the new period of cross-border e-commerce transformation and development, Li and the Communist Youth League members have played a huge role, fully reflecting the glorious tradition of the Communist Youth League "the Party has the call, the league has the action"。As a young employee who has just entered Lihe，I don't know enough about the specific situation and development history of the company，In the future work, I will work hard to learn and inherit the fine tradition of the group，Always regard Li and excellent party members as their role models，Always keep profit and spirit in mind，Integrate personal dreams into the development of the enterprise，Integrate your personal struggles into your daily work，Think high and dream big。
      Second, to struggle, we must be down-to-earth。A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step。The dream can be grand and lofty, but the footsteps of the struggle to pursue the dream must always be firmly on the ground。The leader of the group told us in his speech: "We should complete new tasks, make new contributions and create a new situation in view of the new situation, new characteristics and new theories.。Today, what we call down-to-earth no longer just means that young people should base themselves on their posts and work hard, but also that they should learn new knowledge to solve new problems in combination with the new situation, and that they should be willing to do more caring and caring "small" things to help others。As a college graduate who just left campus, I still have some "high-minded and low-skilled" phenomena in my work, and sometimes my attitude towards work is not correct enough。In the future work，I will try to overcome my sometimes "out of touch" impetuous mood，Constantly learn and improve their working methods，Start little by little，Start with the little things around you，Do your job well，"The pursuit of excellence, advocating innovation，Harmony is power，The spirit of benefit and prosperity forever。
